Organic Chemistry Tutor - How To Find One
Organic Chemistry Tutor - How To Find OneWhen you are looking for an organic chemistry tutor, you have many options. The only problem is that most of them won't pay you well. The good news is that there are a few options that you can turn to if you want a tutor who is going to be worth the money.First of all, let's face it: You've probably spent quite a bit of time, money and effort looking for that tutor, and if he or she isn't willing to pay you, you probably aren't going to stick around for long. That doesn't mean you should ignore this possibility; you should give it some thought. One thing you may want to consider is finding someone who is willing to work with you and teach you through correspondence; email, or maybe Skype - whatever works for you.If you decide to do this, you need to make sure that you really find an instructor that you can work with. You're going to want someone who is going to be able to work with you; you don't want them to turn around and find out that you are doing better than they expected, so you want to make sure that you find someone that you really get along with. You also need to make sure that they pay you well. When you're talking about a 'teacher' as far as an organic chemistry tutor is concerned, you're going to have to be careful. What you need to do is pick an instructor that you really like, and you like him or her so much that you really want to be a part of their class, or you really want to be teaching one of their classes. Find a teacher that you're interested in and someone that you can get along with.I know that a lot of people feel that their organic chemistry tutor is the only way that they can get things done, but that's not necessarily true. You could actually join an online course and be done with it within days. All you have to do is sign up, study for a week, and that's it.Online courses will cost you a lot less than the expensive one day chemistry classes at a local college; and when you start to build up yo ur portfolio, you'll see that you will actually be saving yourself money. The best online courses are usually the ones that are the most hands on and will allow you to complete a course that is close to what you already know.If you do your homework, look into organic chemistry tutorJulio Gonzalez. He's going to be a great help to you in your studies.

3 Things to Consider When Choosing a College - TutorNerds
3 Things to Consider When Choosing a College - TutorNerds Thinking beyond freshman year: 3 things to consider when choosing a college Tips From a San Diego College Admissions Consultant Most students think about their freshman year when choosing what college to attend. This makes sense because it will be the most important and transitional year in their lives thus far. However, the college experience will last four years and each year will be an essential part of a students overall education. Students also need to think about choosing a major field of study by their junior year and job placement opportunities upon graduation. They are encouraged to think about these three things before making a final college choice our private San Diego college admissions consultants are here to help. 1. The general education curriculum Both freshman and sophomore year will be focused on General Ed. There may be some courses that students are really excited about, but they should find out how likely they are to get into their first or second choice class. Many colleges are entirely impacted, meaning there are more students attending the school than there are seats for them to sit in. The General Ed curriculum might have tons of opportunities for students to explore potential majors or personal interests but they need to feel confident theyll be able to find a spot in these classes before they have to move on to junior year. If not, students will have to choose between attending college, and paying tuition, for a 5th year or missing out on those classes altogether. 2. Potential major options Many students enter the college environment as âundecided.â This means they dont know what they want to study and theyre not going to declare a major until their junior year. Students who are undecided need to make sure there are several different options available to them when it comes time to make a choice. Most, but not all, larger public schools offer a wide variety of major options while smaller schools tend to specialize in just a few things. Some students are 100% sure they want to study something in particular. However, many of those students change their mind part way through so even students who have declared a major in their application should research what their other options might be just in case (READ: College Decisions: 3 Things to Think About). 3. Internship opportunities Thinking about internships while also dealing with all of the other things that come with applying to college is entirely overwhelming. However, after students complete their freshman or sophomore year, they should consider the value of an internship with the right company. Most freshmen are too tired to think about an internship after their first year but, sophomores and juniors are usually well-adjusted to the college environment and have the time and opportunity to do a summer internship. Students who know what they want to major in are encouraged to look into internships with local companies that might be hiring new graduates. Students can also use internships to determine whether or not they want to work in a particular field for 30 years or more. Its important that the college support these internships by giving students credit, but its also essential that there are enough companies in the local area who take on college interns over the summer. Six Application Essay Mistakes
Six Application Essay Mistakes Scholarships a college students best friend, one of the few things to actually mitigate the seemingly insurmountable amount of college tuition, the simplest way to reduce debt after college graduation. Yes, scholarship applications are important, and sometimes it can be hard to find that extra motivation to apply for them, especially when youre not even sure if youll get any money out of it. Below are six common mistakes to avoid while writing a winning scholarship essay, from the US News World Report. 1. Hurried writing: Sure its great if you can work quickly and well under pressure. But, there is no need for that with a scholarship essay. Start thinking of fresh concepts early; seek help from a writing tutor, parent or English teacher, leaving plenty of time for polishing up your essay. Consider writing it over the summer when youll have more free time away from school. 2. Ignoring your audience: Scholarships can be funded by various organizations, some professional, some creative and some a little quirky. Try to ascertain the personality of the organization that is funding your potential scholarship and write appropriately for it. Check out the organizations website and look specifically for its vision statement, history and programs. Then, write your essay correspondingly. 3. Choosing a plain topic: Topics such as something interesting about me, or what my favorite class is and why have been done before. Try something new, something original that speaks to your personality. Write about your favorite pen or compare yourself to Mt. Rushmore, the Grand Canyon or any one of Saturns moons. Try to stand out, increasing your chances of getting that scholarship. 4. Boring, uncreative writing: Imagine reading hundreds, thousands of scholarship essays. It probably gets pretty boring after a while. Try to be as creative as possible without losing clarity. Instead of writing, MVP first basemen Joey Votto inspires me because we are similar, write, MVP first basemen Joey Votto and I are both left-handed hitting, right-handed throwing quietly aggressive men, never content with good, always pursuing excellence in every aspect. Motivation? Please, the man absolutely inspires me to always be great. Try to take every sentence you write one step further because that makes for a more interesting essay. 5. Colloquialisms: If your essay sounds anything like a text message, youre doing it wrong. Write professionally. Use all those vocabulary words you learned in English class, helping your essay stand out and sound more intelligent. 6. Not paying attention to grammar: Run on sentences, fragments, blatant grammar errors are all the obvious signs that youre rushing through your scholarship essays. These organizations will be looking to quickly eliminate applicants, and simple, careless grammar errors are a sure-fire way to get your essay thrown out. Allow yourself plenty of time to write, rewrite and edit it. A writing tutor or one of your English teachers could help you correct petty grammar errors, making your essay more polished and intelligent.
